Description:
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- No. of students in each batch: upto 6 moms-to-be
- Time: 3 batches (8 am IST, 12.30 pm IST, 6 pm IST)
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Validity: 30 days from the first class.
In my classes, we’ll move gently together, focusing on stretches that ease aches and
pains, breathing exercises to calm your mind, and poses that build strength for labor
(yes, really!). We work on your whole body to ensure you feel energized, prepared,
and ready to meet your little one. That’s the magic of pregnancy yoga! Come join me
on the mat, and let’s create a supportive space for your growing family.
Things Required: yoga mat, blocks, belt, dumbbells (1 kg pair), birthing ball, bottle of
water, napkin and a smile 🙂
Eligibility: Only second and third trimester mothers who have doctors approval to do
yoga.
