Under this policy: As a policy, other than exceptions mentioned below All About Birthing does not issue a refund (full or partial) or transfer the services, once a payment for any of its services has been made.

In case you are unable to attend a registered online webinar that you have paid for, you can opt for a recorded session of that webinar once it is made available to you. In case you don’t meet the eligibility criteria & if you have still enrolled for our service, we reserve the right to deny you the service and forfeit the amount that has been paid. If any malicious intent is observed, usage of harsh words or resorting to online bullying is noticed by All About Birthing, we reserve the right to deny you the services without a refund.

As exceptions, refunds are offered only for any duplicate payments and when slots are overbooked beyond the max unit limit, set on the payment gateway event link due to last minute parallel registrations . For overbooked refunds, we will initiate the refunds within 1 hour of the payment. For aduplicate payment, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours and provide you the refund case id.

Your refund amount will be credited within 12 working days. In case you do not receive funds, you can send us an email on allaboutbirthingbyradha@gmail.com and we will share a reference number which can be used to trace the refund.
